Highland Blend

A great blend of beans from Columbia, Guatemala and Papua New Guinea.  A really bright and balanced coffee.  Roasted at a medium level, you’ll get the slight fruity flavors from the Colombian and Guatemalan area, while finishing with chocolaty notes from the Papua New Guinea (Indonesian) beans.  Even if you are not an origin (country) blend coffee drinker, you should give this one a try.  This coffee is the perfect complement to a hearty breakfast.

Cupping Notes: fruity with brightness and finishing with slight hints of chocolate.
